To see great changes in your life, you have to make decisions that are vital for your personal development. Find The Missing Millions... Today the world celebrates World Hepatitis Day,with the theme find the missing millions. Hepatitis is simply the inflammation of the liver. If you wrote an Examination, you are graded with A,B, C,D or E. This makes you remember the five types of Hepatitis. Very easy right. The liver is a very vital organ of the body, it helps to take away the "yama yama" from your body. So when next you are passing on the road and you hear that herbal drug seller saying: "buy this body cleanser, e dey comot all the dirty for your body", just sing for him " egugu be kiaful,na express you dey go", it does not make sense taking those preparations which even add to the yama in your system, giving much work to our lovely liver. According to ancient theory in human physiology, our body has four fluids, namely blood, humour phlegm and bile. Humour is supposed to spread a sense of well being wherever it flows in the body. Whenever a person is happy, he or she is supposed to have sensed the flow of humour. Hence the term “a sense of humour”. So, how do you spread this sense of humour? Have you heard someone tell you: "you take things too seriously" . You need to come down a bit from ourselves. When we are in a conversation with someone, we need to see ways to ease the tension around. That is what people need today, it creates an atmosphere for free flow of information. However we need to be honest and tactful, the timing should be right. As a pharmacist, when counseling my patients you need to make them be comfortable with you, you don't have to keep that serious looking face.
